What exactly happens during the consultation? +
Mairead performs a professional skin cleanse, a full magnification skin analysis assessing your barrier health, texture, tone, congestion, hydration patterns, and what's driving your current concerns. She asks the questions most practitioners skip. At the end, you receive a written renewal plan — specific treatments, sequence, and homecare — that's designed around your skin exactly as it is right now. It is not a facial. It is a plan.
Do I have to book the consultation first? +
No. The consultation is the smartest starting point, but it's not required. If you already know what treatment you want — an acne facial, a lash lift, RF microneedling — you can book directly. The consultation is specifically for clients who want Mairead's professional assessment before committing to a treatment path.
What does the $50 include — and what do I take home? +
The $50 consultation includes: a professional skin cleanse, full magnification analysis, Mairead's complete skin assessment and recommendation, a personalized written renewal plan you keep, a $25 credit toward your first treatment, and a $25 credit toward homecare products. A $25 deposit holds your appointment and is applied to the consultation fee on the day of your visit.
What happens after the consultation? +
You leave with a written plan tailored to your skin. Most clients book their first treatment during or immediately after the consultation. Your plan may recommend a single service (Renew+Defend, Renew+Clear, Collagen Reboot, or Lash and Brow), or for clients with significant concerns, Mairead may recommend a treatment series. There is no pressure to commit at the consultation — you receive the plan, take it home, and decide when you're ready.
What are the treatment series and who are they for? +
The Collagen Renewal Series (anti-aging) combines RF Microneedling, Nano Needling, Dermaplaning, and Age Defense Facial over 6 ($750) or 12 ($1,500) sessions. The Clarity Renewal Series (acne) combines Acne Facials, Nano Needling, Dermaplaning, and RF Microneedling over 6 ($680) or 12 ($1,350) sessions. Lash and brow packages are also available from $195. All series and packages can be broken into payments through Affirm, Klarna, or AfterPay.
